Guajuvira (Patagonula americana) is a very durable and sturdy wood species with a distinct contrast of dark and light colouration that makes it the perfect choice for a wide variety of looks, whether that be rustic or high-end contemporary. Native to Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay, Guajuvira’s colouring consists of off-white to brown sapwood hues and shades of dark browns and almost black heartwood hues. Its grain is a mix of irregular patterns and straight grain with a satin smooth luster finish.

Each Guajuvira solid wood piece is distinctive with its own characteristics and imperfections. These unique imperfections bring out the inherent beauty in your piece. These natural traits set your product apart from other cookie cutter furnishing choices, and will quickly become a focal point of discussion in your home.
